O’BEY

Angie O'Bey, Broker, ABR, CRS, GRI    and  2006 President of  Women's Council of Realtors has been actively involved in real estate for eight years.  Her knowledge and expertise in the Summer Winds condominium complex stems from prior ownership of several Summer Winds condos, and a close working relationship with the onsite rental company.

Angie can discuss ownership and rentals at Summer Winds from a unique perspective.  She can offer facts that will assist you with your buying or selling decision.

With over 20 years of customer service experience, and a strong business background, Angie's goal is to bring buyers and sellers together to reach their common goals.  She has earned the prestigious GRI designation (Graduate of Realtor Institute), CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist), and ABR (Accredited Buyers' Representative).  These designations help her work effectively and efficiently for her clients.  In addition, resources available within the ERA organization assist with marketing and delivery of a strong customer base.

Angie is a member of the State and National Association of REALTORS, Women's Council of REALTORS, Carteret County Chamber of Commerce, NC Coast Host, and NC Shore and Beach Preservation. She is currently the 2008 CCAMLS Treasurer.  She was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2002, and strives to be the very best in all endeavors.
